Burns her television debut came in 1995 as she portrayed Peg as a character on the Spanish American sitcom Out of the Blue. Burns was on the Baywatch group in 1998. Later, she starred in Baywatch: Hawaii's second Baywatch: Hawaii version until her pregnancy forced her to quit the show. Brooke Elizabeth Burns has been a fitness model on television as well as an actor for more than 10 years. The most well-known role she has played is that of Jessie Owens of Baywatch. Her most well-known role was in 2001 for her highly acclaimed commercial film Shallow Hal.
